Job Requirements:
Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's benefits plans and programs, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, retirement/pension plans, disability programs, time off and work/life balance programs. Responsible for compliance with benefits related laws and regulations that apply to the organization. Responsible for overseeing the selection of vendors and negotiates plan coverage, services, and costs with carriers and brokers. Oversees the development and maintenance of an engaging wellbeing program for employees. Monitors the effectiveness of existing benefit programs, recommending strategic plan revisions which are cost effective and consistent with benefit trends. Develops benefits communication strategy and prepares employee communications designed to provide employees with timely and accurate information. Performs research on topics and consults with senior department members as needed on benefits-related questions. Partners with external consulting and legal resources on projects to deliver. Networks with colleagues in benefits field to monitor trends and strategies. Negotiates contract negotiation and selection of outside vendors for global benefits and services. Participates in establishing and implementing a total reward strategy. Leads a global team of professionals who design and administer benefit programs. #LI-CK1 Qualifications What we're looking for:
BA/BS degree, or higher degree preferred in a related field. Extensive related experience in global benefits strategy and operations management of at least 10 years (or more) in a large company with 10,000 or more employees. Certification in benefits expertise from a related professional organization, e.g. CEBS or GRP. Thorough knowledge and proper application of relevant benefit regulations. Excellent, proven, leadership skills of a global team. Ability to demonstrate strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify creative solutions and implement with minimal direction. Ability to facilitate presentations, meetings, and training programs. Professionalism and effective ability to manage confidential information. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
