Position Summary The Professional Education Manager will be responsible for driving, organizing, and tracking all external customer education initiatives within the Teleflex Interventional business unit including HCP engagement. This role will work closely with cross-functional team members and content developers, typically external faculty. This position is remote-based. Principal Responsibilities o Prepare and execute a customer education annual operating plan in collaboration with business unit stakeholders and CMA leadership o Manage program content development while maintaining efficacy, accuracy, and consistency across all events and formats o Coordinate with external faculty to ensure timely contracting and engagement in content development o Manage HCP educational materials through timely internal approval. o Identify metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and adjust programs as needed to ensure ongoing success o Develop faculty with novel education approaches and programs that could be adopted. o Manage customer education digital assets and systems o Prepare and manage the logistics required for Customer Education delivery. o Develop a basic working knowledge of all key Teleflex Interventional products o Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, and all Company policies, rules, procedure Education / Experience Requirements o Minimum Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, or extensive experience in medical industry considered o Current license preferred- RN, RCIS, RT, NP, CNS, or PA o Five years of experience in managing, creating, and organizing medical education, required o Minimum of two years of health care provider (MD's. NP's, PA's) engagement experience required o Experience creating adult education curriculums and knowledge regarding education techniques o Experience working on multidisciplinary matrixed teams preferred o Previous experience building KOL relationships preferred o Experience in the medical device industry (clinical or business) preferred o In-depth clinical knowledge of interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, structural heart and/or peripheral vascular, strongly preferred Specialized Skills / Other Requirements o Understanding of adult learning and training design principles o Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) o Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including written, verbal and presentation skills; Ability to communicate clearly and professionally o Strong research, logic and reasoning ability o High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities o Effective time-management and administrative capabilities o Pro-active and results-oriented o Strong interpersonal and customer service skills o Demonstrated experience in managing priorities/resources and initiatives o Strong analytical skills o Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism o Established track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers collaboratively and effectively o Expertise in utilizing such programs as Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce and LMS experience preferred. o Strong understanding of principles used to find, analyze and assess clinical studies and appropriately apply them in the application of Teleflex Medical products. o Ability to establish and maintain vendor credentials (via RepTrax, Vendormate, etc) to enter and work, as required, in hospitals and other medical facilities o Ability to read, understand and abide by company procedures. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and report on findings. o Ability to work successfully in a home office environment
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Education AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
