As Manager of North America Early Career Recruiting Programs, you use your industry expertise to manage strategy, program development, and full life-cycle university recruitment for Lenovo. You manage a team of highly skilled recruiters who source, engage, and hire the future workforce of Lenovo via intern, co-op, full-time regular, and rotational programs. Your team does more than recruit; they are project managers, brand ambassadors, advocates, and mentors. You know how to manage, mentor, and guide your team through the entire recruiting life cycle while also working closely with our leaders to drive world-class recruiting practices and strategy. Responsibilities:
Providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team, hire and onboard as your team grows Ensuring recruiters and/or sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive hiring to meet Lenovo business objectives Creating innovative sourcing strategies, delivering D&I KPI's, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience Partnering with Lenovo hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies Leading by example through following, setting, or sharing recruiting best practices Compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions Defining, designing, and implementing recruiting programs for a variety of positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply Representing Lenovo at hiring focused events, as well as D&I (diversity & inclusion) hiring focused conferences and ensuring equitable and inclusive interview processes so all students have an opportunity to shine Building relationships with career center departments, professors, faculty, and student groups and with targeted external Lenovo organizations Working with, and influencing multiple facets of the organization (i.e., across function, level, location, etc.) and tailoring communication-based on the audience WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited university, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training 5
years of recruiting within University Relations campus recruitment, early career talent programs, and/or DE&I recruitment strategies 3
years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers Demonstrated experience leading high-performing recruitment teams and leading enterprise-wide initiatives Ability to build a multi-year strategic plan and achieve desired outcomes Experience leading in-person and virtual recruitment program initiatives Experience managing relationships with key partners - including but not limited to diversity partnerships/conferences, HBCUs, HSIs, student organizations/clubs Demonstrated influence cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Senior Leaders, and core business functions Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience, ideally in a global setting Ability to travel up to 30% during the peak recruitment season This role will be remote work-from-home until it's safe to return to the office. Once we're back in the office, our location is Davis Drive, Morrisville, NC, Lenovo US HQ. We will maintain a flexible work style with a mix of work-from-home and meet-ups in the office.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
