VP/SVP Digital at PPD in Morrisville, NC

Serves as the leader for PPD digital offering and the operations team. Sets the vision and designs the operational capabilities necessary to successful deliver clinical trials of the future while upholding quality that PPD is known for. Leads the strategy, operations and resource management for digital, virtual trial operations and decentralized solutions. Develops, builds, refines, and institutionalizes the patient, PI, sponsor services needed to conduct digital, virtual and decentralized trials. Develops the operational infrastructure necessary to optimize patient experience, increasing patient catchment areas, and conducting clinical trials more quickly. Builds out new operational capabilities to conduct trials with these innovative designs that adhere to PPD's quality standards. Provides leadership through effective staffing, performance management and development. Acts as subject matter expert and champion for PPD digital and decentralized solutions offerings for client interactions, helps articulate the design benefits of these trials, contributes to proposals and presents to clients at bid defenses. Responsible for developing pricing models and delivering studies profitably and on time Provides oversight of new trial designs during study conduct to ensure things flow smoothly, identify issues, proactively address them with clients, and work to build sustainable solutions. Tracks and manages KPIs, identifies future KPI's that we should be considering. Owns the development of the virtual trial service offerings annual plan to ensure growth in the market to include branding, revenue, sales, marketing, resourcing. Builds business case for any of the above to support investments needed to pursue overall vision and value LI-LC1 LI-Remote
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
