Partner with operations and commercial to develop and lead regional partnerships with the assigned portfolio of clients. Provides strategic direction across the organization to ensure a customized biotech delivery model that is most effective for portfolio of clients. Provides consultation, direction and leadership to functional leads and employees to ensure operational excellence, consistency, quality, innovation and learning across the portfolio of work. Portfolio lead has overall accountability in partnership with designated leads for client relationships and satisfcation across an assigned portfolio. Essential Functions Partners globally with other groups to develop new business within assigned region. Ensure that PPD servcies are appropriately leveraged to meet client's strategic needs. Develop and lead appropriate governance for assigned accounts. Serves as the customers' executive single point of contact, and escalation support person for all operational issues/discussions. Communicates with sponsors regularly to identify potential problem areas and acts quickly to remove the risk/resolve the issue. Assists in business development activities, representing PPD biotech at bid defenses, ensuring realization of the PPD biotech vision. Job Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to15
years'). In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

This role requires independent travel up to XX%, inclusive of traveling in automobiles, airplanes, and trains. As a condition of employment with PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, in this role, you must have received your Covid-19 vaccine and you must disclose proof of your vaccination status upon employment.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
InvestmentsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
