Position Summary The Teleflex Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine (AEM) business unit continues to expand, and we are investing for sustained high growth. The marketing team is integral to developing and driving the Teleflex AEM growth strategy through innovative channel marketing and new product development. This marketing manager role supports the development and execution of strategy and tactics for the ARROW EZ-IO and other Intraosseous Vascular Access Systems from Teleflex. This role is responsible for managing and developing a team of Product Managers and is key in building the company culture. The marketing manager works with global counterparts and sales leaders to execute on objectives for applicable market segments. It is understood that the Marketing Manager provides excellence in team leadership, strategic marketing, driving change, and ensuring collaboration through Sales, Regional Marketing, Research and Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Global Clinical Affairs. Principal Responsibilities Strategic Marketing o In partnership with the Director and Vice President of Marketing, develop overall marketing vision and brand strategy for the ARROW EZ-IO Intraosseous Vascular Access Systems. o Contribute to the development of strategic plans to ensure innovation, added value and support in line with annual operating plan o Support and facilitate development and implementation of business unit plans o Develop metrics to measure ROI and impact of marketing and investment for growth Growth Opportunities and Business Development o Identify market trends and growth opportunities for global markets by adapting and optimizing marketing resourcing o Collaborate with and influence sales leaders and downstream marketing for benefit of the Intraosseous Vascular Access Systems portfolio consistent with a focus of 'Global Alignment - Local Control' o Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Affairs, and Clinical Affairs for new product development and indication expansions o Manage market research to cultivate new customer and market insights o Collaborate with Leadership Team on investment plans for new markets & opportunities o Collaborate on forecasting, positioning, pricing and margins for new and existing products Leadership of Marketing Team o Build a marketing team that is commercially astute, dedicated, innovative and adaptable through attracting & developing talent o Foster an environment for others motivation & learning o Champion innovation, build the culture and drive change across the wider TFX group Education / Experience Requirements o A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in marketing is highly preferred, with 5-10 overall years of marketing and/or product management experience, including experience supervising product managers. o Masters degree or equivalent qualification (preferred) o 5-7 years global marketing experience (preferred) o 1-2 years of direct people management Specialized Skills / Other Requirements o Aligns teams with the vision and promotes team effectiveness, morale and productivity o P&L awareness; clear ability to adapt & apply solutions to impact profitability o Establishes and communicates a compelling strategic vision for the brand o Can see both the strategic vision to set direction and appropriately manage detail to allow effective implementation by a wider team o Results orientated, creates opportunities & overcomes obstacles o Identifies complex problems and causes, quickly and effectively to generate solutions o Can delegate effectively and appropriately across wider team and matrix units o Leads with initiative across different environments o Can influence without authority o Flexible and adaptable o Able to work on own initiative and as a team player o Team building skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity o Judgment and problem-solving ability o Capable of understanding the impact of decisions on both Teleflex and their customers o Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
