For a candidate to be successful, you must be passionate about leading and executing all phases of the procure-to-pay cycle across the enterprise, including related strategies, policies, controls, tools, and practices.
Position Highlights:
Lead procurement by identifying and negotiating opportunities with preferred vendors Lead the accounts payable by having timely and accurate disbursement via all payment means and develop ownership of the development, maintenance, and adherence to established accounts payable policies Identify and resolve proactively inefficiencies in the Accounts Payable process and lead the development and implementation of associated software Provide input regarding the strategy, evolution, usage, direction, and maintenance of various software applications regarding management of disbursements as well as input regarding development and implementation, and management of policies Produce weekly and monthly KPI's to keep stakeholders abreast of performance Lead a team of accounts payable and procurement professionals while also enforcing documentation and updating of procedures Position Qualifications (required):
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required 8
years of financial services experience in total 3
years in a leadership role and strong supervisory skills and personnel management Experience in building the accounting/finance and IS functions to support the needs of a growing organization with experience designing and optimizing workflows and processes Position Qualifications (desired):
Prior experience in a leadership capacity of a similarly sized organization (Revenue level of $150MM to $500MM with employee level of 200 to 2,000) Public company background and a multiple company/divisional environment Experience with NetSuite Employment Perks:
