8K a year 6 hours ago 6 hours ago 6 hours ago Job Description Provides senior-level administrative support for a department or manager (executive director and above), effectively managing the day-to-day administrative functions including planning, organizing and scheduling.
Essential Functions? Composes, copies and distributes correspondence and memoranda, reports, documents, forms and tables as requested ? Inventories, orders and distributes office supplies Maintains calendar of the manager and ensures the manager remains on schedule and properly prioritized throughout the day given the changing business requirements Arranges travel schedule and reservations and prepares expense reports and ensures submission in a timely fashion Coordinates details of onsite and offsite meetings and conferences including catering needs Collects, compiles and prepares presentations, reports, meetings agendas and other documents; establishes, organizes and maintains files.
Cooperates and coordinates with administrative assistants in other departments to handle temporary work overloads and fill in for temporary absences.
Job Complexity Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Job Knowledge Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Supervision Received Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
Business Relationships Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally with contacts outside own organization.
Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
