The Digital Marketing Manager, SEO will focus on our B2B marketing efforts for Relias.

The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of on-page and off-page optimization techniques and technical SEO principles.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Managing SEO projects for Relias.
com.
Including:
Working within WordPress to optimize search engine metadata, on-page content, website settings.
Monitoring and reporting on KPIs for SEO and search rankings against competitors.
Communicate results within and outside the Growth Marketing team to relay performance data and provide insights.
Performing keyword research and competitive analysis to find new keyword and content opportunities.
Auditing the website regularly for technical issues and work with our developers and engineers to resolve them.
Partnering with the content marketing team to provide effective SEO guidance for blog content.
Work across functional teams (Demand Gen, Content Marketing, UX, etc.
) to develop SEO strategies that will contribute to broader marketing and branding campaigns.
Maintaining/growing subject matter knowledge by staying current on industry news, platform updates, product enhancements & innovations.
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing SEO strategy and tactics with B2B SaaS products, lead generation, and/or Healthcare-related marketing Proficiency with Google Analytics, Ahrefs (SEMrush), and/or Salesforce data to evaluate SEO KPIs.
High School Diploma or associate degree and 5
years of recent paid digital experience DATA ANALYSIS:
Natural curiosity about SEO ranking factors, the ability to create stories out of data that is presented to you.
Able to create custom reports for organic website performance using Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio COMMUNICATIONS:
Strong spelling, grammar, and creative writing skills.
Ability to listen effectively and translate verbal communication into written plans, ask relevant questions, and provide feedback.
ORGANIZATION:
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
TIME MANAGEMENT:
Manages time efficiently with minimal supervision and meets deadlines, responds in a timely manner.
ACTIVE LEARNER:
Seeks out information and enjoys learning new skills, tools, and processes.
Stays up to date on changes/trends in the SEO field.
