Project Manager Position Estimating & Bidding Prepare preliminary budget based on historical pricing from recent jobs Review plans for accuracy, VE options and to ensure meeting brand standards Update project budget for review and approval Contracts and Purchase Orders Prioritize and prepare contracts for oversight review and approval Scheduling Prepare project schedule in conjunction with trade capabilities, coordinate with all stakeholders Coordinate schedule with field supervision, GC or superintendent etc Track work progress against schedule, diagnose problems and assist with remedies Administration Schedule weekly job site visits to perform safety overview, monitor progress, and help resolve problems Coordinate final punch-lists and building turnover Monitoring of Company Safety Program and Compliance with OSHA Standards Billing and Payments Confirm billings represent true values of work in place and match the schedule of values Ensure all warranties; close out manuals, attic stock items are received prior to final payments
