JOB SUMMARYThe Sr Analyst, Organization Effectiveness & Change Management position is a member of the Organizational Effectiveness & Change (OEC) Group.
This role supports the Organization Effectiveness Consultants and Change Management Leads by taking on analytical, media , and administrative tasks to support the Organization Effectiveness & Change strategy and goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupport s Change Management Leads and Organizational Effectiveness Consultants on projects, initiatives, and Enterprise Transformation Office priorities.
Support s the project/initiative intake process by capturing the details for requests for organization effectiveness and/or change management support and key project information from conversations with project/initiative owners.
Creates initial draft visual materials, documents, presentations, communications and/or templates to meet specific project/initiative needs.
Supports the ongoing development of project artifacts (ex.
stakeholder and impact assessments, project update decks)Designs and creates reporting metrics, dashboards, and/or analytics to support monitoring progress against OEC team metrics and project goals.
Synthesizes data into briefings and reports with recommendations for internal review.
Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Coordinate the steps involved in the preparation, conduct, and follow-up for Organization Effectiveness and Change Management Training offerings for specific projects/initiatives.
Research es Organization Effectiveness and/or Change Management best practices and industry trends and summarizes information and provides recommendations with the OEC Leadership.
May support feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.
QualificationsQUALIFICATION S REQUIREMENTSBA/BS in business, communication, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced degree preferred.
1-3 Years of experience in change management, organization effectiveness or organization development, corporate communications, HR Business Partner, and/or HR-related project management required.
Knowledge of how organizational development and /or change processes impact an organization, as well as external client environments.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles , methodologies and tools.
E specially change management tools such as ADKAR and Prosci certification are preferred.
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
Ability to use facts and expertise to influence others without authority.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
Experience with graphics programs preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
