The Project Coordinator will need to coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver the expectations of the role.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Coordinating continuous activity launches between sales and professional services Schedulingcontinuous activity marketing Scheduling and performing quality checks for email campaigns according to contract Scheduling and performing quality checks for social campaigns according to contract Managing activity placement / timing on home page, specialty pages, and series pages of FreeCME website to boost engagement Managing activity placement / timing on 3rd party sites Developing a first 90 days marketing plan for each newly launched activity Responsible for e-mail marketing calendar and scheduling Managing specific website pages and coordinating with engineering for any work/maintenance assigned to you Managing all live activities Continuous activity progress towards learner/completion guarantees Managing and monitoring weekly progress on all activities and goal trending Tracking and reporting progress to sales, product, and marketing weekly Leading data-driven meetings as the marketing expert between Medical Education Strategist and C-Suite level key clients and their staffs Performing project analysis on activity performance Assistingwith collateral updates/creations for events, social media postings, and marketing campaigns Other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Revenue Development & Marketplaces SalesYOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Minimum of 1-2 year's professional work experience in a project coordinator role or similar Intermediate to advanced level of comprehension of Microsoft Office Tools (i.
e.
, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
) Basic understanding of HTML / CSS Basic understanding of UTM codes and Google Analytics Ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions accordingly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to schedule/plan/navigate to a solution proactively and efficiently Ability to work independently Associate degree plus 2 year's work experienceIT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:
