What You Will Do:
Reviews construction documents and understands scope of work to bid.
Visits project sites to ensure progress and quality.
Plan all activities for every project assigned to you that include scheduling, budgets, management of subcontractors and direct customer service Ensure quality of work and excellent client satisfaction and that our service aligns with our customers' expectations Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors; identify qualified subcontractors; negotiate price.
Ensure that projects remain on schedule Maintain minimum GP on all projects through proper budgeting Ensure a prominent level of communications with clients and subcontractors Responsible for all materials and equipment on-site Responsible for all permitting activities with local and state jurisdictions Responsible for all inspections and approvals What You Will Need:

years of residential construction experience 2
years experience working with insurance claims in the restoration industry as a project manager 1
year(s) working with large loss restoration projects over $80,000.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Project management skills to establish priorities and time management Ability to read and interpret insurance claim estimates, specifications, and regulations Must be able to read, understand, and interpret construction plan sets.
Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with DASH, Xactimate or Restoration Manager is preferred.
