Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Assist with project coordination and tracking progress - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues - Maintain office supplies and equipment Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing administrative support.
