As an Administrative Associate with Heritage Construction, you will be responsible for providing support to the day to day back office administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Assist the construction team on any back office administrative activities to include scheduling, permitting and invoicing.
Coordinate online permit requests per the individual municipality expectations and update project tracker on related tasks Follow up with clients on proposals and invoicing as directed by the construction manager.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed Learn and understand our products and services Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills Outgoing, motivated, self-driven individual Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well versed in computers, will need to learn how to navigate construction software Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting, standing, working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
