The Communications Specialist role is the primary link between our company and our PR firm, orchestrating seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders across our brands.
Role responsibilities include crafting compelling content across diverse channels for our target audiences and employees, guiding strategic initiatives informed by industry trends, refining our awards strategy, and coaching thought leaders to elevate their social media presence.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Leading communication efforts as the primary liaison between the company and our PR firm, orchestrating seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders to secure approvals, guide strategic direction, and manage the intricacies of timing and execution.
This requires diplomacy and collaboration across Marketing, Solutions, Alliances, Client Care, and other key teams to synchronize messaging.
Crafting and curating captivating and informative content across diverse communication channels, encompassing press releases, website narratives, blog articles, social media updates, video, and beyond, to amplify our brand's compelling story and engage target audiences effectively.
Vigilantly tracking industry trends, news, and competitor dynamics to seize opportunities and anticipate potential challenges, while concurrently guiding our public relations firm in strategic initiatives, effective pitching, and securing impactful external placements.
Developing a comprehensive awards strategy and timeline aligned with the company's brand and objectives to enhance its industry recognition and reputation.
Empowering our thought leaders and executives to cultivate a strong social media presence on their personal platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Spearhead the development and execution of targeted social media posts aimed at elevating engagement and amplifying their influence.
Fostering informed and engaged employees by crafting compelling internal communications materials, emails, and announcements under the umbrella of our marketing initiatives.
Employing tracking and analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, producing comprehensive reports that not only measure impact but also inform strategic, data-driven enhancements.

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing.
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications role.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
Adept at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
Experience working in SaaS or healthcare.
Experience using a Content Management System.
