Design Services Intern Since 2003, iContact has helped small and medium businesses share their stories, ideas, and products through email and social marketing. We take what we know about our favorite small and medium businesses-a trendy boutique hotel in South Beach, the online poster store that helps us decorate our cubicles, even the local coffee shop you'll find us in on Saturday-and we build the online marketing features we know those businesses need to succeed. We then pair our tools with award-winning support and expertise, so our customers never have to go it alone. And we top it all off with great personality, energy, and a commitment to creating a positive wake in our community. We are looking for a Design Services Intern to help deliver on iContact Design Services' offerings.
Primary Duties
Assist with the coordinating and provisioning of iContact Design Services' offerings (including, but not limited to: Custom Templates, PDF Document Conversions, repairing HTML, custom sign up forms).
Interact with external customers, Sales, Support and Strategic Advisors on gathering specific information for the design request.
Some interaction with customers on design needs and deliverables.
Documentation of all completed work through CRM and relay back to Strategic Advisor and Sales
Perform other duties as assigned
Required/Preferred Qualifications
HTML knowledge and aptitude, particularly understanding the difference between email HTML versus web HTML
Some knowledge and aptitude of CSS (Inline, Embedded and External styles)
Graphic Design experience
Operational knowledge of Dreamweaver and Photoshop
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
General knowledge and use of Internet and email marketing
Very good interpersonal communication skills on customer interaction
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented, collaborative work place
Self reliant, articulate, approachable and comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
