The Strategic Advisor/Account Manager will act as the customer relationship owner of iContact's premier accounts. They will be responsible for growing recognized revenue for their assigned accounts by delivering world class pro-active customer service. The Strategic Advisor/Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that iContact's clients achieve and surpass the return on investment they expect from their email marketing spend. They will be expert users of all iContact application features and knowledgeable in email marketing and social media.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Responsible for having a deep understanding of clients' business models, their overall goals and their needs as they relate to email marketing and social media
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Fostering a positive working relationship with assigned accounts
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Acting as a consultant to clients to ensure a well-thought out and high functioning marketing program that delivers a solid ROI to the client and iContact
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ensure clients' messages are optimized to achieve the highest open and click rates possible, and maintain low spam complaint rates
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Assist clients in interpreting the results of their campaigns and make appropriate adjustments
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction experience from services delivered to customer.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Proven success as a consultative service professional in a fast-paced and competitive market
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ 1-3 years of Account Management , Sales software or other solutions-based offerings (preferably SaaS)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Excellent Communication Skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Email marketing/online marketing/social media/channel experience a plus
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Experience in carrying and exceeding a quarterly quota
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ BS or BA degree required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
