Customer Success Manager - iContact Morrisville, NC
iContact is looking for a full-time associate to join our Client Services department. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for small business clients once they sign up for an account. The associate will direct clients to the appropriate resources to help them to become proficient within the application during the first month of service. A CSM will serve as a liaison for new customers to help them transition into the product by working with both our support and sales team.
An individual's primary focus is retention and growth of new accounts. A CSM can also offer extended servicing through the Success Package, which will provide ongoing assistance beyond the initial onboarding development.
This position is based in Morrisville, NC, and will report to leaders within the Client Services team. The role is ideal to someone who is interested in becoming a specialist within the product, and advising clients with ongoing marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to customers through phone and email
Provide custom training and resources to meet customers' needs
Triage issues to the appropriate department within iContact
Wowing the customer though phenomenal customer support
Requirements
Passion to help clients succeed
Previous customer support and sales experience
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Self starter with excellent time management
Preferred
Knowledge around email marketing and small businesses
Salesfore CRM knowledge
Skilled in Microsoft ExcelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
