_ABOUT THE POSITION_
We are currently seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Corporate Claims to join our team at our office in Morrisville, NC. The Supervisor, Corporate Claims will be responsible for providing supervision, training and technical support to claims processing staff, monitors and evaluates staff performance and offers feedback to management.
_Position Responsibilities:_
Responsible for understanding and communicating client performance guarantees to staff.
Supervise, provide direction and mentor assigned staff, providing feedback on performance and developing/implementing actions plans for improvement.
Evaluate and control workflow within the team. Ensure processor assignments are appropriately aligned to ensure performance guarantees are met.
Develop and implement action plans for improvement.
Develop training programs to address specific individual and/or team needs.
_ Position Requirements:_
Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Licensure : None required.
Relevant Work Experience: At least three years claims processing experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Microsoft Office

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
