Job Purpose: As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the sales of Redwood Software Solutions in order to increase the company revenues and profits. Emphasis will be on Mid-Market new and existing business across the US. You will focus exclusively on our Report2Web products. Must be confident, flexible, winner attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make it happen on your own. Excellent professional and financial growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and develop relationships within Mid- Market organizations
Responsible for 25% new & 75% existing business-will manage current customers to increase usage of existing solutions and cross sell new business for additional offerings. Will include software & Professional Services
Lead, drive and manage sales processes
Build a pipeline from a variety of activities to include cold calling and leading local marketing initiatives-will have access to a lead gen professional
Negotiating the agreement terms and closing sales
Meet annual sales goals and targets
Job Specifications and Requirements:
Must have 3+years sales experience with a minimum of 1+ years of sales experience in front of customers.
Proven ability to identify and close new business
Verifiable track record of success selling software and or services to various size corporations across territory
Travel to customers 3-4x per Quarter.
Must have experience with sales cycle from the beginning to the close.
Consistent above quota performance:Quota is $600K:$400K:services, $200K:software
Experience selling, negotiating and building effective and strong relationships with customers and prospects
Articulate with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
