HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (TITLE 32)

As a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT, GS-0203-7, you will plan, organize, and administer the military personnel program for the organization; assist in preparation for and execute command level inspections of subordinate units; accomplish or review a variety of military personnel transactions and forward actions to a higher headquarters; implement the enlisted promotion system at the command level; control the organization's medical readiness programs; prepare and forward required documentation for officer promotion packets; provide guidance to organizational personnel and dependents concerning benefits and entitlements; provide administrative support to potential applicants and evaluate qualifications for officer/warrant officer appointment packets; review and/or assemble supporting documentation required at higher levels when processing actions such as involuntary order to active duty, non-judicial punishment, fraudulent enlistment, non-selection for retention, administrative discharges, and other administrative actions; monitor and review reports to identify trends and assist with management of personnel readiness; participate in unit Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP); perform administrative duties relating to military personnel involving the composition and distribution of correspondence, publications, reports, orders, etc.
; provide personnel-specific information in developing plans for recruiting and retention.

Minimum Requirements:
Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position.
Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 12 months experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or laws.
Experience that provided a working knowledge of administrative functions.
Experience performing personnel transactions.
Experience working independently and setting priorities with very little supervisory control.
Substitution of Education for specialized
Experience:
Completion of 2 academic years of education in an accredited college or university will satisfy the requirements for GS-4 positions.
Only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours (i.
e.
, beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience requirement.
One full academic year of study (30 semester hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience for GS-5 positions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
