Vehicle Description 1976 Bronco 302 V8, 4 barrel, 4 x 4 well optioned with many improvements and added desirable equipment.
I am assisting the current owner in the sale of his daughters bronco which they have had and Garage for the last seven years.
The truck has its believed to be original 302 V8 engine mated to an automatic transmission and a four-wheel-drive gearbox as it originally left the factory.
Many improvements have been done over the years by its previous owners including a professionally installed lift kit which raised the truck enough to allow for a very nice set of Pro comp alloy wheels mounted to new Falcon Wild Peak A/T 32 x 11 x 15 tires.
Along with the suspension lift 4 extended travel shock absorbers were added to the front suspension and 4 were added to the rear and included the addition of a matching steering stabilizer.
The truck was equipped with power steering and power brakes from the factory.
An Edelbrock four barrel carburetor and air cleaner were added as well as a newer Magna flow exhaust system which is connected to a set of headers installed on the engine.
During its renovation new brake lines and calipers including braided stainless steel lines from the master cylinder were added.
It has been recently tuned up and serviced, has a swinging rear tire carrier, an aftermarket alpine AM/FM CD system with 6 x 9 speakers, a roll bar and an automatic transmission cooler.
Other improvements to the truck include electronic ignition, chrome bumpers front and rear, wheel arch extensions, front mounted driving lamps, diamond plate accents on the rockers, engine bay and drivers floorboard, a new dash cap and a hood scoop.
The truck has a nice convertible top frame and comes with a new Bimini top.
As seen in the photos below the trucks undercarriage and frame are in excellent rust free condition as are the floor pans front and rear, There is cosmetic rust primarily in the leading edge of the hood, and in the windshield and window frames.
The engine starts and runs beautifully, shifts perfectly and holds good temperature and oil pressure with all of its instruments and lights working properly including windshield wipers, turn signals, an aftermarket backup temperature gauge, etc.
Overall a nice, desirable color and configuration of well optioned and accessorized rare bronco 4 x 4 V8.
The front seats appear original and in excellent condition and are fitted with lap belt while the rear seat seems to be from a different vehicle though still in good shape with lap belts as well.
