Vehicle Description 1968 1st year C3 Corvette convertible, L-79 350 HP 4 barrel.
Matching numbers, Factory 4-speed, and AC now with power steering.
Stored in California for 18 years this car was mechanically refurbished 2 years ago, back to good mechanical running condition and then restored over the last 12 months.
During its refurbishment, it received new brakes, brake lines, master cylinder, rebuilt carburetor, new fuel tank and sending unit, shocks, tie rod ends, sway bar bushings, tires etc.
Most recently it has had complete professional paint and body work, a new interior including new seat foams, seat covers, carpet set & mats, door panels, Console & armrest, weatherstripping, etc.
The most recent work also included a new battery, new starter, new alternator, recored radiator, new hoses, a new power steering system, rear compartment frames, hinges and hardware, Sideview mirror & exterior door handles, windshield wiper motor, harness and relays.
With the headlights and wiper system now working properly the car runs and drives well with its convertible top in very good shape, though not perfect.
The paint was completed 6 months ago and is extremely nice and the car shows well with its new interior and recent updates.
I have receipts for most all of the work performed and would be glad to discuss the car in detail.
